I’m a collaborative, mixed-methods Design Researcher. For nearly a decade, I’ve been drawn to how products, people and processes come together in multi-sided, B2B2C journeys. Perhaps I’m compelled by this orchestration challenge, in part, because of my experience as a Belarusian immigrant navigating multiple cultures and languages.

Whatever the reason, I’ve worked on projects that help buyers & sellers connect, professionals & consumers collaborate, and educators & students grow across real estate, hospitality, health & wellness, healthcare, and more.

Whether at a large enterprise organizations or a fast-moving startup, on teams large and small, I’m first a researcher, a designer second, and coach third. Beyond developing research strategies, I’ve facilitated over 30+ workshops, driving design concepts towards needle-moving outcomes, maintaining team momentum, and introducing design thinking at pivotal points.

In the past, I’ve mentored and taught over 90+ emerging UX practitioners, led an event design company published in three major Philadelphia magazines, and lived in New York, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, and now, Philadelphia. I also have a bird named Blue.
